You bought the new faucet weeks ago; it's just that the twenty-minute YouTube version turns into a Saturday of seized nuts, mystery wiring and a third trip to the hardware store. We do these constantly, so what stalls a weekend takes us one visit.
Everything gets tested before we leave — the disposal runs, the fan is balanced on every speed, the thermostat talks to your phone, the deadbolt throws smoothly. And we haul away the old fixture unless you want to keep it.

We stick to like-for-like swaps on existing, working connections. New circuits, new supply or gas lines, or panel work belong with a licensed electrician or plumber — we’ll tell you upfront, not after.
